The analyses of VGLUT1 and VGAT were performed as whole PNS group (panels A, C and E) or after the separation in vulnerable (PNS-vul) and resilient (PNS-res) to the gestational manipulation (B, D and F). The data shows mean ± SEM of n = 14 to 30 per group for panels A, C and E whereas of n = 5 to 19 per group for panels B, D and F. Statistical analysis (panels A, C, and E): two-way ANOVA, PNS effect, ****p < 0.0001, ***p < 0.001. Statistical analysis (panels B, D, and F): one-way ANOVA, Tukey’s post hoc, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, statistically different from the respective CT group.
