A We tested IRF3 siRNA knockdown efficiency and found that among the four individual IRF3 siRNA, siIRF3_2 and siIRF3_3 can knock down IRF3 to ~10% of its baseline (F (4, 10) = 120.2, p < 0.0001). We then chose those two siRNA for the subsequent experiments. B Knockdown of IRF3 in iPSC-derived astrocytes resulted in decrease ER stress (n = 6) F (2, 15) = 17.39, p = 0.0001.
