The mRNA levels for IL-1β, MIF, CD68, IL-4 and IL-10 were measured in control (CTRL) and prenatally stressed group (PNS) (a) or after the separation in vulnerable (VULN) and resilient (RES) (c). The z-score was calculated based on the mRNA levels of IL-1β, MIF, CD68, IL-4 and IL-10 genes considering whole PNS group (b) or after the separation in vulnerable (VULN) and resilient (RES) (d).
