a, c Capan-1 and b, d SW1990 cells were treated with various concentrations of Her (0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 μM) for 6 h and 12 h. ROS production in Capan-1 and SW1990 cells was detected by flow cytometry to detect DCF fluorescence intensity. e, f Capan-1 and SW1990 cells were treated with 10 μM Her in the presence or absence of 10 mM NAC for 24 h. Western blot analysis of p-AMPKα (Thr172), AMPKα, LC3-I and LC3-II levels in Capan-1 and SW1990 cells. g Capan-1 and SW1990 cells were treated with 25 μM Her and 40 μM Her in the presence or absence of 10 μM NAC for 36 h, respectively.
