c, d BV-2 cells were pretreated for 5 min with U0126 (20 μM) and then stimulated for 30 min with either 2-AG (10 μM) or JWH015 (10 μM). Whole-cell lysates were prepared and immunoblotted as described in Materials and Methods with antibodies that recognize p-AKT (Ser473) and total AKT. The densitometric data represent the means ± SD of two independent experiments performed in triplicate. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs control group. ###P < 0.001 vs 2-AG or JWH015 treated-group.
