Do you remember the last time you were travelling to work and someone cut you up in traffic? I imagine you were surprised, disappointed, perhaps you took pity for them, for being disorganised and having to rush from place to place. Most dental professionals in truth though, would feel angered and probably utter a string of expletives, before trying to calm down. Chances are the individual who'd just cut you up hadn't in previous days, been checking what time you drove past in order, to time their pull out to inflict chaos. People don't set out to harm you by their actions, they set out to get the best for themselves. What that best for themselves might be will, in behavioural terms, be dictated by their personality style which governs their approach to situations.
