In this third and final article, Psychotherapist Anthony Asquith examines the traits and behaviours of Sensitive and Cautious people in the DISC model of human behaviour.

The S (Sensitive) types and C (Cautious) types make up a little over 70% of the working population in the profession. Therefore, getting good at working with these people in your team as well as with patients, will often reduce the risk of miscommunication heartache and stress.
