No, don't yawn; these skills are crucial to successful dentistry. They are skills you use all day every day, with the majority of people you meet. That includes patients, colleagues, staff, contractors, suppliers. You name it you need these skills. If you are not very good at them then you're less likely to be successful in securely the things you need (or want).
