Has the goodwill of our patients become a little less robust than it was before the COVID pandemic, or is that my imagination? The aggressive behaviour of certain world leaders, the vanity displayed by some of our own politicians and the intransigent behaviour of some trade unions can be contagious when amplified by 24-hour news.

Well maybe it is just a coincidence, but legal challenges brought under the Equality Act 2010 are becoming increasingly common and they are often entirely unjustified.
