Bureaucracy is a word which our professional advisors hear on a regular basis from our members. In fact, it would probably fall within our top three most complained about topics.

The biggest bureaucratic related complaint tends to fall around the NHS and the requirement to submit data about this and data about that. Whether it relates to ticking a new box on the FP17 form, submitting work-force data, or complying with health and safety risk assessments and logs. Either way, there seems to be a never-ending list of information and records which must be kept. It can be difficult to think of an aspect of the job which does not require evidence.
