Dentists have had a very difficult time this year, as have many of their patients. So, it is heartening to find a good news story for a change.

Clyde and Co were instructed to represent one of our BDA Indemnity members in a claim brought under the Equality Act 2010 where the claimant, who described herself to be of 'multi-dimensional ethnic origin', alleged that she was subject to harassment on the grounds of her race.
