As the Care Quality Commission (CQC) increases the number of dental practices they are inspecting, with the aim to visit 10% or 1000 practices in 2025, questions are being asked of practices to effectively demonstrate that they are well-led. This article will examine what the question of well-led means for your practice, and some of the pitfalls to avoid when it comes to your CQC inspection and beyond.
