The generalized linear mixed model analysis to estimate the probability of correct diagnosis for sinus membrane perforation showed an estimated probability of 0% for correct detection (100% false diagnosis) in the saline protocol and 100% for correct detection in the HCL protocol according to the logistic regression analysis.
