After graduating from dental school, I felt as though the university bubble had popped. The days of eating packet noodles and staying up all night were coming to an end. It seemed like I was being thrown into the big bad world with my Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree, to start drilling and filling on the unsuspecting masses. At least this is what I thought initially. Soon after starting Dental Foundation Training (DFT), my anxiety settled with realising the world isn't such a bad place, and that the bubble would not quite pop this year. So, what did I learn?
