At day 20, all mice were sacrificed and femurs and spleen were isolated. b Spleens of mice injected with 5TGM1 sEVs nearly doubled in size compared to controls injected with PBS. c Representative 3D-reconstruction of trabecular bone of femurs of control mice vs. 5TGM1 sEVs injected mice. d Morphometric µCT analysis shows a significant lower trabecular number (Tb. N) and higher Trabecular separation (Tb Sp.), leading to a significantly lower trabecular bone volume and a lower connectivity density in mice injected with 5TGM1 sEVs.
