  1. Stage 1: eGFR ≥ 50 mL/min/1.73 m2 and either 24hUP < 5000 mg or uACR < 3600 mg/g.
  2. Stage 2: eGFR < 50 mL/min/1.73 m2 or one of 24hUP ≥ 5000 mg or uACR ≥ 3600 mg/g.
