A Patient-derived CD138+ cells were analyzed for transcript levels of MYC by qPCR respectively. 6 patients had relapsed (RR) MM and 4 patients were newly diagnosed (ND) MM. B–C mRNA level of MYC and NCOR2 were divided in 2 groups (high MYC and low MYC) according to MYC mRNA level. *P < 0.01.
