See text for further information. *It has previously been shown that evaluation for MYC rearrangements using only the MYC BAP is associated with a false negative (FN) rate of at least 4%. This FN rate can be reduced using IG/MYC D-FISH probes [16]. DF: probe dual color, dual-fusion probe set, IHC immunohistochemistry, RNAseq RNA sequencing, SV structural variant, WGS whole genome sequencing.
