Pre-transplant assessment findings

Case C:

A 15-year-old male patient with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia referred for allogeneic HCT (2017)

JAMAR grip bilateral hand only 12 kg and pinch strength were found to be significantly weak at 2 kg. The patient also had reduced bilateral straight leg raise (SLR) of only 30 degrees indicating hamstring tightness. The ankle dorsiflexion bilateral was specifically restricted and was only 1.5 cm for knee-to-wall testing. Manual muscle test strength upper and lower limb was only three out of five.
