These are also shown in Supplementary Fig. S3 for comparison with the Poisson models. Adjustment for characteristics measured at first auto-HCT; Age and Calendar Year as continuous variables, HRs quantifying the effect of +10 years of age and of +1 calendar year respectively; Disease Status dichotomized as not being in Complete Remission (CR) versus being in CR. 95% CI not including the value 1 indicates significance at 5% level.
