Rescue of OB genesis deficit by expression of β-catenin in YapOcn-Cre-BMSCs. Control and YapOcn-Cre BMSCs (3-month mice) were infected with retroviruses encoding ctrl (GFP) and β-catenin-IRES-GFP.
