SLC2A5 shRNA (sh-SLC2A5) or vector (sh-NC) was transfected in SW480 and Caco2 cells that stably overexpressed S100P (LV-S100P) or vector (LV-NC). a Protein expression levels of N-cadherin, E-cadherin, Vimentin, SLC2A5, S100P and GAPDH were detected using western blotting. b–d The migration and invasion abilities were measured using wound healing assays (10×) (b) and transwell assays (20×) without (c) or with (d) Matrigel.
