CD4+CD25+ migration toward CXCL12 (100 ng/ml) plus R54 (10 µM) in RCC patients and HDs (RCC: CXCL12 19 ± 1% vs. BSA: 6 ± 2%; p < 0.01; RCC: R54 8 ± 2% vs. CXCL12: 19 ± 1%; p < 0.01).
