Odds ratios were obtained from multivariable IVW models that included the genetic associations of LDL-C, HDL-C, and triglycerides. The odds ratio for each lipid therefore represents its association with the outcome after accounting for the effects of the other two lipids. Error bars represent 95%CIs. 492 SNPs were used in this MVMR analysis. Conditional F-statistics for LDL-C, HDL-C, and triglycerides were 68, 175, and 156, respectively. OR Odds Ratio, CI confidence intervals, LDL-C low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL-C high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, SD standard deviation.
