Following single infection, both AMLV-GFP and GALV-GFP were able to infect Hep3B cells and spread in culture (top). When Hep3B cells were pretransduced with AMLV-mCherry, GALV-GFP, but not AMLV-GFP, was able to infect the cells and spread in culture (middle). Conversely, when Hep3B cells were pretransduced with GALV-mCherry, AMLV-GFP, but not GALV-GFP, was able to infect the cells and spread in culture (bottom). FCM flow cytometry
