A ShCtrl and ShTRAIP-1 MDA-MB-231 cells were subcutaneously implanted into 5-week-old female BABL/c nude mice. The tumor volume was measured using the following formula: volume (mm3) = (width2×length)/2. B Six-week-old female nude BALB/c mice were injected with 1 × 106 ShCtrl or ShTRAIP-1 MDA-MB-231 cells via the tail vein. Luciferase-signal and lung weight were exhibited.
