Upon direct targeted by miR-590-3p, miR-590-3p has an opposite effect to TRAIP in TNBC cell lines, and TRAIP could reverse the results of miR-590-3p. TRAIP could facilitates G1/S transition and finally promotes TNBC cell proliferation. TRAIP also promotes processes of EMT, which finally accelerates TNBC cell migration and invasion.
