WGCNA module scores were compared by HPV_p16 status (negative: n = 73, positive: n = 38). Boxplots indicate median and interquartile range. Homogeneity of variance was tested using Levene test. P-values are based on either student t-test when score values were normally distributed, or Wilcoxson rank-sum test when score values were non-normal distributed.
