The WGCNA module-derived Scores and the Immune Suppression Score were tested for survival association in the TCGA datasets for cervical cancer (CESC), melanoma (SKCM) and lung cancer (LUNG). Data shows −log10 transformed p-values of KMSA when top and bottom quartiles of scores were compared. Only significant KMSA p values were transformed and plotted. A Summary where each data point represents a −log10 transformed p-value of one individual WGCNA module-derived score. B Each KMSA −log10 transformed p-value is shown for each individual score. Dotted line represents statistical significance threshold of −log10 transformation of p = 0.05.
