OCT-4, SOX-2 or NANOG gene expression upon exposure to SD-208 (1 µM), TGF-β2 (2 ng/ml) or both (4 h) were assessed by RT–PCR (*p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001, effect of TGF-β2 relative to control; # p < 0.05, ### p < 0.001 effect of TGF-β2 and SD-208 relative to TGF-β2). The c-MET inhibitor EMD1214063 (200 nM) was included as a reference (ω p < 0.05, ωω p < 0.01)
