a Female nude were subcutaneously injected with SW480-NRBP1 and SW480-GFP cells. Tumours were measured using digital calipers every 5 days. Tumour volume was calculated and recorded. The mean volumes in mice injected with SW480-NRBP1 cells were significantly smaller than in the controls. b On day 25 after injection, mice were killed and the tumours were removed and weighed. Image shows the photograph of representative xenograft tumours of two different treatment groups. c Expression of PCAN, cleaved caspase-9, cleaved caspase-3 and phosphorylated JNK was determined by IHC staining in tumour xenografts.
