MDA-MB-231 cells were injected directly into the tibiae plateau. After 28 days of treatment, representative micro-CT and three-dimensional reconstructed images (a), quantitative data from micro-CT, including BV/TV, trabecular number (Tb.N), and trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) of each group (b) were acquired (n = 6 per group).
