After 72 h of GADD45α shRNA transfection, HeLa cells were subjected to western blot analysis. b CCK-8 assay showed that silencing of GADD45α significantly prevented HeLa cells from radiation-induced cell death. c Comet assay showed that silencing of GADD45α significantly protected HeLa cells from radiation-induced DNA damage. d Apoptosis analysis showed that silencing of GADD45α significantly protected HeLa cells from radiation-induced apoptosis. e Cell cycle assay showed that silencing of GADD45α significantly protected HeLa cells from radiation-induced G2/M cell cycle arrest.
