a Agilent microRNA microarrays were used to investigate global microRNA expression profiles from Kras Ptenflox (n = 4), Kras p53flox (n = 5) and Kras p53R172H (n = 5)-expressing mouse pancreatic tumour tissues. Heat map shows the hierarchal clustering and expression levels of microRNAs for all the samples in the analysis. Statistical analysis and fold changes presented in Table 1 were calculated using a one-way ANOVA with post hoc analysis using Tukey’s honest significance difference test (HSD) with an FDR (Benjamini Hochberg)-adjusted p value cutoff of 0.05.
