a LPS (30 mg/kg) were intraperitoneally injected to IL-37dtg mice (n = 5) and WT mice (n = 4) and survival rate was analyzed. be LPS (10 mg/kg) were injected intraperitoneally to IL-37dtg mice (n = 13) and WT mice (n = 6) and then body temperature was measured at the indicated time points (b). The levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MCP-1, IL-1β, IFN-γ, and IL-17A in spleen were detected by qRT-PCR (c). The expressions of IL-6, TNF, MCP-1, IL-1β, IFN-γ, and IL-17A in lysates of spleen were measured by CBA. Results are presented relative to total protein (TP) (d).
