Prefer-fixed sections of 12-week-old, 28-week-old, and 56-week-old PKM2-WT (a, b, e, f, i, j) and cone-cre PKM2-KO (c, d, g, h, k, l) mouse retinas were subjected to immunofluorescence with anti-PNA (red) and anti-PKM1 (green) antibodies.
