a and b Mouse PMs (a) and BMDMs (b) were pretreated with or without 2 μM MRT67307 (MRT) for 1 h, then the cells were treated with or without 100 ng/mL LPS for 4 h. mRNA expression of Slc15a3, Ifn-β and Il-6 were determined by real-time PCR. One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test was used to evaluate the statistical differences, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001. The data are expressed as mean ± SE (n = 3)
