Twenty-four hours after transfection, the cells were treated with 100 ng/mL LPS for the specified period of time. c Protein expression of p65, histone H3 and GAPDH in THP-1 cells transfected with 30 nM control siRNA or SLC15A3 siRNA. Twenty-four hours after transfection, the cells were treated with 100 ng/mL LPS for 30 min, and then separated into cytoplasmic and nuclear fractions for the determination of p65 protein expression.
