Both two dosages of rhMFG-E8 decreased brain edema in the ipsilateral cortex at 24 and 72 h after TBI (a, c), while only high dosage of rhMFG-E8 on neurological function has statistical differences compared with the TBI + Vehicle group at 24 and 72 h post-TBI (b, d).
