HuCCA and KKU-D131, the resistant and sensitive cell lines, respectively, were treated with 20 µM of 5-FU over a period of 48 h. Cells were trypsinized at specific times and the expression of FOXM1, E2F1 and TYMS was determined using western blotting. β-Tubulin was used as a loading control. a Expression of FOXM1, E2F1 and TYMS was determined by western blot analysis using β-tubulin as loading control. b Expression of FOXM1, E2F1 and TYMS mRNA was determined by RT-qPCR analysis using L19 as an internal control.
