A549 cells were pre-treated with nimbolide for 24 h. After 30 min of LPS (1 µg/ml) incubation, both cytosolic and nuclear proteins were isolated. NF-κB and HDAC-3 protein levels were observed in (a) cytosolic and (b) nuclear fraction of A549 cells. c Similarly, the protein expression of NF-κB and HDAC-3 was analyzed by confocal microscope in A549 cells. d Microsections of lung tissues were subjected to IHC to determine NF-κB and HDAC-3 expressions and images were captured at ×400 magnification
