ad Compared to the original cells, CD20 expression was reduced, while CD59 expression was elevated in the resistant Ramos640 (a, b) and Raji32 (c, d) cells as determined by western blot analysis (a, c) and FACS (b, d). However, CD55 expression was slightly reduced in the resistant Ramos640 cells (a, b), but significantly increased in the resistant Raji32 cells (c, d). In addition, CD46 expression was only decreased in the resistant Raji32 cells (c, d) but not in the Ramos640 cells (a, b). The data are presented as the means ± SD, n = 3, NS  no significance, **P < 0.01, and ****P < 0.0001
