qRT-PCR profiles of FOXA1, GATA3, OVOL2, CDH1, GRHL2, and BRCA1 mRNA in the presence of the 10 μM CtBP inhibitors CI23, and CI24, in MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, and MCF10A cell lines. The vehicle (Veh) used for all cell lines was phosphate-buffered saline. Results show the average and standard error of the mean (SEM) for three biological replicates.
