MHCC97-H cells transfected with vectors (control miRNA, miR-3163, miR-3163 + ADAM-17Mut, or miR-3163 + NICD) were analyzed in the qPCR experiments. The expression of Survivin, cIAP-1, cIAP2, E-Cadherin, N-Cadherin, Vimentin, ZEB1, Snail, or Twist in cultured cells (a) or subcutaneous tumor tissues formed by MHCC97-H (b) was examined through qPCR.
