SKA3 influences cell proliferation and apoptosis in LM3 and Huh7 cells via P53 signaling pathway. Furthermore, SKA3 affects the phosphorylation of P53 at P53-pSer15, and P53-pSer46 through inhibiting the interaction between CDK2 and P53.
