Primary AML samples were treated with 1 µM atRA, 1 µM AGN193109, or corresponding amounts of solvent (DMSO) for 3 days and subjected to flow cytometric analysis or transferred to methyl cellulose. a Proportion of quiescent LSCe (LSCe (CD34+ CD38- cells) in G0). b Colony formation in methyl cellulose.
