Andrographolide inhibits Caspase-1-mediated Gasdermin D-dependent pyroptosis in macrophage by preventing AIM2 from translocating into nucleus to sense DNA damage induced by radiation, thus alleviating radiation-induced lung inflammation and fibrosis.
