Cell lines and primary tumor-derived cells of different STS types (Fig. 6) were additionally treated with 5 nM BZB in the presence or absence of 15 µM ABT-199 for 48 h. After 48 h flow cytometric staining with propidium iodide was used to determine the percentage of cells with hypodiploid DNA (subG1).
