The HepG2 cells were injected subcutaneously into nude mice and treated with ZJQ-24 (20 mg/kg), ZJQ-24 (40 mg/kg), ZJQ-24 (60 mg/kg) every two days for 3 weeks. A Tumor volumes was monitored over 21 day period, presented as mean ± SD. B The bodyweight of HepG2 xenograft mouse. C H&E staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed to analyze the number of tumor cells and the expression levels of Ki67 in tumor tissues.
