The nude mice bearing HepG2 or SK-Hep-1 cells were intraperitoneally administered vehicle or α-MGT (50 mg/kg) for 20 days. The tumor volumes (ad) and tumor weights (e) were measured. The expressions of Ki67 (e, i), Bcl2 (f, j), pTyr705-STAT3 (g, k), and SHP1 (h, l) in tumor tissues were evaluated by IHC method. Bar = 100 μm.
